We assign tasks based on various factors. First, we determine which of our service providers are suitable to carry out a specific task. For this, we consider factors such as coverage, waste streams, and container type.
If there are multiple service providers capable of performing a specific task, we give the customer the tools to select the best provider for them. Customers make their choice based on a mix of three specific factors:
- Quality of services
- Sustainability
- Price
Once you have been assigned to provide a service for one of our customers, you have exclusivity for 6 months to carry out these tasks. After this period, the customer conducts a reassessment via the Seenons platform to choose the most suitable logistics partner based on the factors mentioned above. This also presents an opportunity to be assigned more tasks.
